Responsibilities

• Develops / executes Manufacturing solutions that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfies customer requirements while establishing a technical specialty within the discipline.
• Utilizes tools to perform work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, or production as it applies to the role.
• Demonstrates an understanding of how they support Plexus Manufacturing processes, Product Requirements & Specifications, cross-discipline or supplier coordination.
• Executes responsibilities independently in accordance with GMP and Plexus Manufacturing Processes, and supports direct production line operators as applicable.
• Comprehensive understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, and setup awareness.

The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:$46,200.00 - $69,200.00**Purpose Statement:**The Manufacturing Technician assesses, implements, and maintains manufacturing procedures for intricate assembly processes. As a key technical advocate within the Focus Factory Team, they utilize their skills to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety improvements in Plexus's assembly operations. **Key Job Accountabilities:*** Develops / executes Manufacturing solutions / Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements while establishing an area of technical specialty (in-discipline) and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.* Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.* Demonstrates an intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications / cross discipline OR supplier coordination, as it applies to their role.* Successfully executes responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.* Comprehensive Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role. **Education/Experience Qualifications:*** Associate’s Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred.
