Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician (2nd Shift) to join a global team focused on manufacturing breakthroughs in healthcare. The role supports equipment installations, ramp-ups, and data analysis to ensure efficient production.

You will work with machine control systems, perform repairs and testing, and prepare documentation for process changes while coordinating with Industrial Engineers. This 2nd shift position is based in Palo Alto, California.

Qualifications

• Familiar with basic business tools including E-mail, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Workday or similar ERP product is desirable.
• 2nd shift availability and willingness to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Supports manufacturability and ramp-up of products, and performs technical measures to complete respective projects, in cooperation with Industrial Engineers.

Job Description:

• Completes manufacturing equipment related installations and ramp-ups.

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Familiar with business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.

Preferred Skills

• SAP
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
• Understanding of Manufacturing processes
• Working in FDA regulated environment

Typical Education and Experience

High School Degree or equivalent. 3 - 5 years of related experience.

This is a 2nd shift position based out of Palo Alto, CA
