Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local client in Miami, FL to recruit for Associate Manufacturing Technician positions. The role focuses on executing production schedules, maintaining SOP/compliance, and handling safe lab tasks in a cleanroom environment. 1–2 years of related experience and a college degree are advantageous.

Shifts include 2nd and 3rd with weekly pay. Pay ranges from $24.20 to $25.30 per hour, with dedicated onboarding and access to Aspire Academy for upskilling.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand and carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram formats.
• 1-2 years of related hands-on experience in a manufacturing or lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production schedules for changeovers, image reviews, product packaging, and robotic equipment operation using manual and automated processes.
• Maintain SOPs, GDP, and cleanroom/controlled manufacturing environment guidelines.
• Perform physical lab tasks including loading/unloading equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating safely around moving machinery with PPE.
• Communicate status updates and potential roadblocks to department leads and supervisors.
