Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local client in Miami, FL to recruit for Associate Manufacturing Technician positions. The role focuses on executing production schedules, maintaining SOP/compliance, and handling safe lab tasks in a cleanroom environment. 1–2 years of related experience and a college degree are advantageous.

Shifts include 2nd and 3rd with weekly pay. Pay ranges from $24.20 to $25.30 per hour, with dedicated onboarding and access to Aspire Academy for upskilling.

• Perform physical lab tasks including loading/unloading equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating safely around moving machinery with PPE.
• Communicate status updates and potential roadblocks to department leads and supervisors.

• Maintain strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and cleanroom/controlled manufacturing environment guidelines.

• Perform physical lab tasks including loading/unloading equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating safely around moving mechanical machinery using appropriate PPE.

• Communicate clear production status updates and potential roadblocks directly to department Leads and Supervisors.

Candidates for Associate Manufacturing Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• 1-2 years of related hands-on experience in a manufacturing or lab environment (College degree is a plus).

• Basic math skills and the ability to understand and carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram formats.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, crouch, and lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Pay Details:

$24.20 to $25.30 per hour
