Job summary

Insitu, a Boeing subsidiary in Bingen, WA, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support our on-site Operations team. You will assemble, test, and calibrate modules, program air vehicle and GCS systems, and maintain tooling while documenting work activities.

This role requires hands-on involvement at our Bingen, WA facility. Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years in manufacturing or technician roles, plus skills in electronics troubleshooting and tool handling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years in manufacturing/technician role or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of networking, testing and troubleshooting electronics is a strong plus.
• Use and maintain hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs assembly, disassembly, repair, installation and inspection on system modules.
• Tests and calibrates ESD stations and other test equipment; records calibration data.
• Programs air vehicle and ground control station systems.
• Reviews and updates technical documentation.
• Maintains tools and equipment; performs basic measurements.
• Completes routine business and required documentation.

As a Manufacturing Technician you will be responsible for supporting our Operations team onsite in Bingen, WA.

What you’ll do:

• Performs assembly, disassembly, repair, installation, and/or inspection tasks on system modules and performs modular assembly.
• Tests and calibrates electrostatic discharge (ESD) stations and other test equipment and records calibration data.
• Programs air vehicle and ground control station (GCS) systems.
• Reviews and updates technical documentations.
• Maintains test and calibrated tools and equipment and performs simple measurements.
• Uses and maintains hand and/or power tools.
• Completes routine business and required documentation.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, repair and/or technician role or comparable combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of networking, testing and troubleshooting electronics is a strong plus!
• Use and maintain hand and power tools.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

• This role requires hands-on work on our products/collaboration with on-site teams, and will need to work onsite full-time in Bingen, WA.
