Northrop Grumman in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Technician 2 or 3 to assemble gun system subassemblies and top level assemblies. Responsibilities include teardown, reassembly of remanufactured products, and strict adherence to operating procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years of manufacturing experience depending on level, ability to lift 40 lbs, and US citizenship. Work schedule is 4/10 Mon-Thu 5:00 AM–3:30 PM with possible overtime.

• As a responsible party to ATF, obtain coverage under Safe Explosive Act as employee possessor/responsible person upon starting.
• Able to start work a 4/10 (Mon-Thurs) 5 A.M. – 3:30 P.M. schedule, work overtime and some weekends if needed.

Position Description

Assembly operations of gun systems in a team or individual environment.

Typical Duties But Not Limited To The Following

• Perform manufacturing assembly of subassemblies and top level assemblies for gun systems.

Primary Level Salary Range: $44,000.00 - $74,000.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $52,700.00 - $87,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
