Your Role
The Manufacturing Technician 2 at the Broadway site is responsible for setting up and preparing products according to current manufacturing procedures, cleaning equipment and manufacturing suites after production, completing batch records during product manufacturing, and adhering to all safety and quality policies. Key duties include:

  • Shift Hours: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:30pm
  • Set up and operate processing equipment such as Filter Integrity testing, Watson Marlow pumps, Autoclaves, and High throughput Bag Line.
  • Deliver products to Warehouse via motorized pallet jack.
  • Perform production operations, including hand filling, prepping fill equipment, and aseptic gowning and qualification.
  • Clean up equipment and work areas after production.
  • Coordinate waste disposal and complete compliance documentation.
  • Communicate production status and equipment issues, and report deviations to supervisor.
  • Provide accurate batch records in line with quality guidelines.
  • Execute batch records in SAP.
  • Ensure all logbooks are fully completed.
  • Follow production procedures and safety policies at all times.
  • Use, clean, and store personal protective equipment properly.
  • Label all in-process equipment and containers correctly.
  • Address and resolve unsafe conditions.
  • Participate in safety and quality training activities.
  • Support activities of Manufacturing Tech 1, including communication and documentation of process, product, and equipment status.
  • Perform In-Process assays.
  • Set up, dispense, and package technically challenging products.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge in chemistry, mathematics, and science.
  • Experience with safe chemical handling methods.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Good computer, mechanical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
