Job summary

Entrust in Minnesota is seeking a Manufacturing Technician (Mfg. Tech.) for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with possible Friday partial hours). You will build, test, troubleshoot, and support Entrust products to meet customer specs.

This role requires an associate degree or equivalent in electronics/automation, strong mechanical aptitude, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will follow engineering drawings and work instructions while contributing to quality and ISO compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in electronics, electrical engineering technology, automated systems/robotics or related field.
• High mechanical aptitude.
• Able to lift and install mechanical assemblies or materials up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
• Able to follow work instructions and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test and troubleshoot products to meet specifications.
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly and testing.
• Provide feedback on quality to assemblers, leads and engineering as appropriate.
• Identify and facilitate process improvements to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Ensure final products meet order specifications.
• May perform preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration of product and equipment.
