Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support engineering and production through troubleshooting, machine setups, and line changes. The Manufacturing Technician supports manufacturing engineering and production operations through equipment troubleshooting, machine setups, assembly line configuration, process optimization, and continuous improvement activities. This role works closely with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Tool Room personnel to improve manufacturing processes, support production readiness, and resolve operational issues. The Manufacturing Technician provides hands-on technical support to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance while assisting with machine setups and assembly line changes as needed.
