Job Overview

We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Conduct quality inspections of products at various stages of production, documenting results accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing or related field is .
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and practices within a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Eligible for Overtime: Yes

Work Location: On-Site / In-Person

  • Evening and Morning shifts available
  • Monday to Thursday
