Our Technicians work a Compressed Work Week (CWW), which involves working three 12-hour shifts one week and four 12-hour shifts the next. Overtime pay applies for hours over 8 per shift, according to California law.

Shift Available: C Shift (back half days) - 6am - 6:15pm Thursday - Saturday, and every other Wednesday

Responsibilities

1. Perform functions associated with probe card manufacturing operations, including photo-lithography, thin film, etch, plating, assembly, test, and inspection.
2. Set up, calibrate, and perform routine preventative maintenance.
3. Collect and evaluate operating data to optimize processes.
4. Collaborate with engineering on tests and process improvements.
5. Train or coach other technicians to develop skills and teamwork.

Experience, Education, and Skills Required

1. Solid computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Statistical Analysis software).
2. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
3. Familiarity with clean room procedures.
4. Strong problem-solving skills.
5. Self-directed with a methodical approach to technical issues.
6. Willingness to use high power microscopes.
7. Excellent manual dexterity.
8. Good communication skills, both oral and written.
