Job summary

The Manufacturing Technician - 1st Shift position is located in Wilmington, MA and focuses on operating production equipment to manufacture medical implants and components, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Working Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm, you will perform machine set-ups, startup activities, and collaborate with teams to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.

Manufacturing Technician - 1st Shift

The Manufacturing Technician position is located in the Wilmington, MA area and is responsible for operating production equipment while ensuring high-quality standards in the manufacturing of medical implants and components. Shift of the Manufacturing Technician:

M-F 7am-3:30pm

Pay Rateof the Manufacturing Technician:

$20-23/hr

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Technician:

• Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships across the organization.


• Understand the objectives and responsibilities of the Manufacturing department and work towards those goals.


• Prioritize and plan work activities; adapt for changing conditions.


• Execute daily maintenance and start-up activities.


• Perform machine set-ups and operate machinery and processing equipment.

Qualifications of the Manufacturing Technician:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; experience in a medical device or regulated environment preferred.


• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Applications.


• Knowledge of ISO Standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.


• Good verbal and written communication skills.


• Demonstrated English reading and writing skills.
