Job summary

Serigraph is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support 10-hour days (6:30am-4:30pm, Mon-Thu) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in West Bend, WI. You will inspect, document, and finish products, while upholding safety and quality standards across printing, laminating, and related processes.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to 5S practices, and active participation in continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and audit products for printing, laminating, die-cutting, and other quality requirements.
• Document production information using labor reporting systems and quality forms.
• Perform post-printing and finishing operations such as counting, packaging, shrink wrapping, and hand assembly.
• Operate specialized equipment and material handling tools and transport materials between workstations.
• Follow customer specifications and maintain 5S in the work area.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and safe handling of chemicals.

**10 Hour Days - 6:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday**

In this position, you'll work hands-on with a variety of manufacturing and finishing processes, ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards before shipment. Responsibilities

• Inspect and audit products for printing, laminating, die-cutting, and other quality requirements.
• Accurately document production information using labor reporting systems, quality forms, job tickets, and move tags.
• Perform post-printing and finishing operations, including:
• Counting and packaging products
• Shrink wrapping
• Hand assembly and application
• Laminating and cutting
• Operating specialized equipment and material handling tools
• Transport materials and products between workstations.
• Follow customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment using 5S practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by sharing ideas and process enhancements.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals, materials, and recyclable items.
• Support company quality systems and production standards.
• Exercise quality ownership by identifying concerns and helping resolve issues before products move forward.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand production job tickets and work instructions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter production data accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work safely and follow PPE, housekeeping, and manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to meet required visual standards, including color differentiation, with or without corrective lenses.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
