Job summary

Seres Smith Consulting in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a 90-day contract to hire. You will operate hydraulic forming presses and press brakes, read blueprints, and inspect first-piece production using calipers and other measurement tools.

Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance per Work Instructions, documenting activities, and supporting continuous improvement efforts to reduce scrap and lower costs.

Qualifications

• Experience operating hydraulic presses or related equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Capable of performing basic inspection on first piece and documenting results.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic forming presses, press brakes and air brakes per Work Instructions.
• Read/interpret blueprints and inspect 1st Piece Production using measurement tools.
• Complete required documentation.
• Support Continuous Improvements to reduce scrap and lower costs.

Manufacturing Technician (Contract To Hire - 90 days)

40+ year old privately held Tulsa-area company has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Technician (Contract To Hire)

Key Challenges:

• Machine Operation - Hydraulic forming presses, hydraulic press brakes and air brakes per Work Instructions.
• Production & Quality - Read / Interpret blue prints andInspect 1st Piece Production using measurement tools. (calipers, etc)
  • Complete required documentation.
• Maintenance & Safety - Perform routine (daily) maint procedures per Work Instructions.
• Process Improvement - Support Continuous Improvements efforts by the team to improve flow, reduce scrap and lower costs.

Profile:

• Prefer some experience inmanufacturing processes in an industrialenvironment
• Must be authorized to work in the USA with NO sponsorship.
• Compensation: $18-20/hour - Contract To Hire (90 days)
  • Could be HIGHER $ with More Experience
