Job summary

JMI Resource is seeking a reliable Manufacturing Technician for our Tampa, FL facility. This hands-on role suits someone who values accuracy and can thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Pay rate: $16.50–$17.50/hour.

You will operate and monitor equipment, assemble, test, and inspect products, and maintain a clean work area while following safety procedures. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
