About the Role

The role involves handling various tasks related to the production and packaging of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Multiple shifts are available including 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Responsibilities
  • Stage, fill, cap, label and over pack liquid, powder and lyophilized products per approved downstream specifications while utilizing all required safety equipment.
  • Complete appropriate documentation per ISO procedures and deliver products to inventory.
  • Fill, cap and label chemical products.
  • Follow all quality and safety procedures.
  • Support quality systems and train others and work in a team setting.
  • Anticipate and communicate bottlenecks and malfunction issues that inhibit process flow.
  • Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot issues with the fill line/process.
  • Completely and accurately communicate line status, problems, and issues to incoming shift/team lead or supervisor.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics such as unit conversions, multiplication/division, and calculation using formulas.
  • Prefer experience in SAP ERP or relevant MRP system.
Qualifications
