Responsibilities

About the Job: Provide technical support throughout the manufacturing process, from conception to destination. We seek a person with specialized expertise and technical ability in testing and troubleshooting signal generators. You will support engineers to resolve a wide range of technical issues related to production.

About The Team: Engage with a cross-functional team of global engineers, technicians, and skilled operators to build and develop new products and solutions. We are committed to exceeding customer expectations through collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead hands-on troubleshooting down to the component level.
  • Execute extensive knowledge of operation, troubleshooting, and remote control of test and measurement equipment.
  • Collaborate with the production team to develop troubleshooting techniques.
  • Serve as the first contact for firmware, software, and program issues.
  • Interface with cross-functional engineering teams and provide general production support.
  • Implement and execute processes developed by engineering, providing constructive feedback.
  • Lead communication and provide updates on daily activities to the team.
  • Manage, create, and document root cause analyses, providing feedback to engineering.
  • Collaborate during new project, transfer, and product meetings.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of successful experience working with engineering teams throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Ability to troubleshoot down to the component level.
  • Higher education or specialized training/certification (Electronics Certificate or equivalent).
  • Experience in developing, writing, and implementing test software code.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of operation, troubleshooting, and remote control of test & measurement equipment.
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits and theory.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Understanding of the product lifecycle.
  • Hands-on assembly experience.
  • RF and microwave technical knowledge.

Pay Range: USD $65,730.00 - USD $109,550.00 per year.

Note: Pay ranges vary by region for other locations.

This role is eligible for the Keysight Results Bonus Program.
