Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring a Manufacturing Technician to join our production team in a state-of-the-art cGMP pharmaceutical environment. The role offers weekend shifts, 12‑hour blocks, and supervision-free entry-level opportunity for motivated candidates.

Shift details include 10:30 AM–10:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, with potential overtime. Education requirement is High School; comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidate with a high school diploma and a willingness to learn GMP procedures.
• No biotechnology experience required; candidate must be motivated and flexible.
• Must adhere to cGMP standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform process equipment cleaning and organization in Pre-Viral area.
• Maintain Pre-Viral area housekeeping per GMP.
• Dispose of hazardous waste and maintain cleaning supplies.
• Supply components and distribute materials to production.
• Complete paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines.
• Manual and automated cleaning of equipment.

Work Schedule & Shift Details

• Structure: Weekend Swing plus 1 Weekday(12-hour shifts)
• Days: Saturday and Sunday, plus 1 weekday
• Hours: 10:30 AM- 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform process equipment cleaning and organization within the Pre-Viral department.
• Maintain Pre-Viral area housekeeping (per GMP compliance) such as cleaning walls, floors, doors, drains, windows, and other general surface areas.
• Empty trash containers and maintain an adequate amount of cleaning supplies.
• Perform removal of hazardous waste.
• Supports all local manufacturing operations.
• Supply components, small parts, tubing, etc.
• Complete relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines.
• Manually clean all portable equipment, small parts, plastic tubing, and equipment.
• Receive and distribute supplies into the production area as necessary.
• Manual 5 step cleaning & automated cleaning
• Details on the cleanings: chemicals used bleach, 500 ppm, liquinox
• Type of cleaning: cleaning small parts in a sink subjecting to different waters; mostly stainless steel parts

The essential functions of this role include
