R&D Partners in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our biologics processing team. You will set up and operate equipment in a plasma-derived pharmaceuticals environment, following FDA procedures and documenting activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, self-starter work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with colleagues. Graveyard shift 10pm–6am, comprehensive benefits, and 401k are offered.

R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Manufacturing Technician in Los Angeles, CA.

Your main responsibilities as a Manufacturing Technician:

• Responsible for equipment setup and operation in a biologics processing environment for plasma derived pharmaceuticals.
• Strict adherence to procedures and practices according to FDA regulations.
• Strong emphasis on documentation according to FDA regulations.
• Adhere to departmental corporate safety policies.
• Responsible for facility and equipment cleaning.

What we are looking for in a Manufacturing Technician:

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree, applicable certification, and/or military veterans preferred.
• Must be proactive, results oriented, and have strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.

Shift: Graveyard (10pm - 6am)

Pay Scale:

$36,608 - $45,760 (Dependent on Experience)

+10% shift differential
