Performs production and material handling tasks to support the company's manufacturing goals, overall business plans, and objectives as directed. This role divides time between operating production machinery/equipment in a cleanroom environment (requiring full PPE gowning) and performing hands‑on work in the stains and reagents manufacturing area, supporting the full production cycle.
Approximately half of each 8-hour shift is spent operating and monitoring production machinery in a cleanroom environment, which requires full PPE gowning (gown, gloves, mask, hair/beard covers, and shoe covers). The other half is spent working in the stains/reagents manufacturing area on mixing, dispensing, and material handling tasks.
