Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting the creation of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Lenexa, KS

Shift: 7 pm - 7:30 am CST - Night shift (12 hour shifts)

Duration: 12+ Months contract with potential to convert to perm

What's the Job?

• Ensure all production procedures are followed under Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), resulting in quality products.
• Direct daily tasks and support the development of production personnel through effective training.
• Lead shift handoff meetings to communicate performance and updates to the next shift.
• Maintain compliance with quality and safety guidelines while performing mechanical assembly and disassembly of equipment.
• Identify equipment malfunctions and take corrective actions as necessary.

• Prior leadership or training experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively through written reports and documentation.
• Experience with mechanical systems and dry product processing.
