Responsibilities

• Build components and subassemblies for prototype and low-volume production hardware by following engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Assemble and integrate mechanical and electromechanical components to specification.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement equipment to ensure accurate assembly.
• Inspect work during and after assembly to identify and correct defects.
• Identify and elevate assembly issues, material defects, and documentation errors to engineering and quality teams.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Build components and subassemblies for prototype and low-volume production hardware by following engineering drawings and assembly instructions
• Assemble and integrate mechanical and electromechanical components to specification
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement equipment to ensure accurate assembly
• Inspect work during and after assembly to identify and correct defects

• Familiarity with mechanical or electromechanical assembly
• Experience using hand tools and precision measurement instruments
• Electronics soldering or circuit board assembly experience
• Familiarity with CAD software, complex technical drawings, or Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Technical certification or vocational training in manufacturing, mechatronics, or a related field
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
