Looking to build your skills and grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment? Staffmark is hiring a Manufacturing Technician to join a dynamic team in Hayward, CA. This is a great opportunity to work with advanced production processes and make a real impact in a high-tech facility.

Pay: Starting at $20+/hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll be involved in a variety of essential production and processing tasks, including:

• Chemical processing, masking, wiping, scrubbing, and coating


• Operating machines for etching, blasting, drying, and baking


• Performing SPC (Statistical Process Control) measurements


• Handling precise wiring tasks and ensuring product quality


• Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting


• Comfortable with hands-on tasks and standing for extended periods


• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety, precision, and efficiency


• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
