Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to operate high‑speed bindery equipment and learn on the job. No prior bindery experience is required—we’ll train you to run cutters, folders, stitchers, and binders on a fast, team‑oriented production floor.

We’re hiring 4 team members who want a stable, full‑time career in print manufacturing and ongoing opportunities to grow. Training, safety culture, and supportive colleagues accompany your lightweight, on-site role.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience? We’ll train you.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• Mechanical inclination and comfort using basic tools
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Pride in delivering quality work
• Reliability and teamwork

All Shifts | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.

• Have experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools

• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team

It’s a plus if you have:

• Press, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

• On your feet for most of the shift
• Fast‑paced, team‑oriented production floor
• Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
