Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring four team members to learn and operate high‑speed bindery equipment. You’ll be trained and supported as you run cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift, and overtime opportunities. A $2,500 hiring bonus is provided after 12 weeks, with potential for growth in a hands-on printing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Pride in doing quality work.
• Reliable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.

Machine Operator (We’ll Train You!) $2,500 Hiring Bonus

Schedule is Monday – Friday , 3 :00 PM to 11 :00 P M – 40 hours /week

• Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours per week
• 2 nd Shift pays an extra 8% shift incentive on hours worked!
• Eligible for $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks !

It’s a plus if you have:

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

• On your feet for most of the shift
• Fast‑paced, team‑oriented production floor
• Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
