Location: 100% onsite
Shift: Day Shift 6am-6pm. 12 hour shifts (2-2-3 Schedule)

Experience the HM is looking for:
-Upstream Manufacturing - Cell Culture, Aseptic Technique, Solution Preparation
Note: We make buffers/medias, we also do large scale cell culture 2500L vessels.

Job Responsibilities:
• Operation of processing equipment according to established SOPs, MPRs, & SPRs in accordance with cGMPs. Related operations include but are not limited to solution preparation, cell culture, purification & formulation, and supporting activites.
• Train with qualified Technician on activities related to operating process equipment with requirement of qualification.
• Follow and execute cGMP documentation.
• Utilize Manufacturing Execution systems (MES).
• Contribute to problem solving activities for non-routine activities on production floor.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities for Manufacturing.
• Adhere to Client values and behaviors.
• Other duties as assigned or identified.

Typical Accountabilities (per CLIENT framework and regulatory expectations):
• Conduct activities and interactions consistent with Company values and in compliance with the Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards relevant to your role. Complete all required training on the CLIENT Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards on time. Report potential issues of non-compliance.

In addition, for Managers and Project Team Leaders:

• Ensure and monitor compliance by team members and third parties by (a) positively reinforcing the Code of Conduct and all relevant Client Policies and Standards, (b) ensuring completion of all required training, (c) fostering a culture of openness in which employees are comfortable raising questions or concerns, and (d) immediately addressing and reporting, as appropriate, instances of non-compliance.
• Manager Accountabilities at Client include Ethical Conduct and Compliance, Team Management, Performance Management, Individual Development Planning, Talent Management, Recruitment, People information, SHE accountabilities, and Fiscal and Financial awareness.
• Leaders with accountability for GXP areas are expected to understand the legal and regulatory requirements of their roles in providing appropriate resources (which could be human, financial, material, facilities, and equipment) to maintain the Quality system and continually improve its effectiveness.

Minimum Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent or High school diploma or GED
Bachelors degree
BA/BS degree
Bachelors degree or 4 additional years` of work experience in lieu of degree
AA or 2 additional years of work experience in lieu of a degree

Essential
• 0-1 yrs experience with High School Diploma
• Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others on assigned tasks
• Ability to comply cGMP standards
• Must possess computer skills
• Ability to follow instruction and directions

Desirable
• BS/BA degree preferred
• Degree in STEM field
• Prior experience or exposure with aseptic/cGMP standards and environment
