The Opportunity

As a member of the manufacturing operations team, the Manufacturing Technician will set up, operate, and clean manufacturing equipment in complex production areas, including dispensing, charging, blending, compression, and packaging in solid production, or dispensing, charging, mixing, and packaging in non-sterile liquid production. All products must be manufactured following strict procedures in a clean, safe environment, complying with all cGMP, FDA, DEA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.

Main Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing setup, manufacturing, and cleaning of pharmaceutical products.
• Operating equipment, monitoring production, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
• Participating in manufacturing meetings and documenting processes accurately.
• Contributing to process improvements and maintaining a safety-first culture.

Ideal Candidate
