Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, LLC is seeking a reliable Manufacturing Technician to join a medical device production team in Durham, NC. This hands-on role involves cleaning, inspecting, packaging, and sealing devices while adhering to quality and manufacturing procedures.

You will operate production equipment, perform visual quality checks, and maintain documentation in our ERP system. The position requires teamwork, attentiveness, and the ability to work independently during a steady onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• GED required.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, or related environments.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Reliable, punctual, with consistent attendance.
• Experience using ERP systems and basic tools is preferred.
• Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, package, and seal medical device products.
• Operate and clean production equipment and pouch sealers.
• Perform visual inspections for quality and accuracy.
• Follow manufacturing procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented ManufacturingTechnician to join a medical device manufacturing team in Durham, NC. This is ahands-on production role responsible for cleaning, inspecting, packaging, andsealing medical device products while following established quality andmanufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Clean,inspect, package, and seal medical device products.
• Operateand clean production equipment and pouch sealers.
• Performvisual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Followestablished manufacturing procedures, safety requirements, and qualitystandards.
• Completerequired production and quality documentation.
• Recordproduction and quality information in an ERP system.
• Workeffectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Maintaina clean and organized manufacturing work area.

Qualifications:

• GEDrequired.
• Previoushands-on work experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse,machinery, retail, or a similar environment.
• Strongattention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Reliable,punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Comfortablelearning and using an ERP system and other technology.
• Ableto follow established procedures and quality standards.
• Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.
• Medicaldevice manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experiencewith hand tools, power tools, rotary tools, or Dremel tools is a plus.
• Mustbe able to pass a background check and drug screening.
