Pay Range: $45,000.00 to $59,300.00

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by preparing materials, operating basic equipment, and ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards. This role is critical to maintaining production flow, meeting schedules, and supporting team efficiency. Technicians are required to work in a demanding and heat intensive environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Experience with general hand and power tools (i.e. drill guns, hammers, screwdrivers)
  • Experience in assembling parts with training
  • Experience in powder coating and painting is a plus but not required
  • Receiving and Shipping – attention to detail is critical
  • Receiving UPS and truck shipments – checking in and putting away, sorting to correct department
  • RF Scanner, Cherry Picker, and Fork Truck - Experience
  • Packing and shipping daily orders
  • Returns processing
  • UPS and Fed Ex shipping, LTL, domestic and international
Job Requirements
  • 1-3 years of manufacturing experience
  • Comfortable with order processing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good computer skills / Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must be able to work in a heat intensive environment
  • Must be able to use power tools
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
