Manufacturing Technician# Manufacturing TechnicianBeachwood, OH 44122## Description**Position Overview:**The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for supporting the production, testing, and installation of electrical control panels and related equipment. This hands-on role involves panel assembly, wiring, labeling, basic testing, and documentation support. The technician will also assist with logistics, including shipping, receiving, and off-site coordination with manufacturing partners. This position plays a key role in ensuring that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.**Key Responsibilities:*** Panel build (mounting and wiring)* Assist with shipping and receiving* Print wire tags, terminal board tags, and panel tags, as required* Off-site manufacturing interface to verify progress, enforce standards, transport parts and prints* Basic test and inspection of manufactured equipment (on-site and off-site)* Cable assembly (solder and crimp connectors)* Collect and prepare documentation for instruction books* Field installation, panel modifications/repairs* Find ways to contribute to help the Company achieve short and long-term goals## Qualifications**What we need you to have:*** High School Diploma or equivalent* Ability to read and understand electrical schematics* Basic understanding of electricity* Experience Soldering and Crimping* Operation of basic hand tools* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook)**What we’d love you to have:*** Two (2) years of professional electrical panel building experience* Overhead crane and lift-truck license**Additional Information:*** Travel Requirements – 5 - 10% travel* Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa currently
