All Custom Closets Corporation is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our Bay Shore, NY team. This hands-on role involves operating and maintaining equipment to produce high-quality, made-to-order closet components.

You will read blueprints, follow job orders, perform quality checks, and collaborate with the production team to hit daily output goals while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read basic blueprints, schematics, or cut sheets.
• Experience in manufacturing, woodworking, cabinetry, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment used in production of custom closet components.
• Cut, shape, and assemble wood, laminate, and other materials per specs.
• Read and interpret production orders, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with production team to meet daily output and delivery goals.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment used in the production of custom closet components
• Cut, shape, and assemble wood, laminate, and other materials according to job specifications
• Read and interpret production orders, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Perform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and elevate maintenance needs as required
• Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output and delivery goals

Requirements:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, woodworking, cabinetry, or a related trade preferred
• Ability to operate power tools, saws, and CNC or panel processing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to read basic blueprints, schematics, or cut sheets
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must have a valid Drivers License
