• Translate specs into production workflows; resolve production issues (process parameters, equipment calibration).
• Identify bottlenecks, implement Lean/Six Sigma to reduce defects and costs.
• Monitor project costs and provide ROI/cost-benefit insights for decisions.
• Lead root-cause analysis (e.g., 8D) for defects and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate final project reviews and handover, ensuring client acceptance.
