We are seeking a Senior Chemical Engineer to join our Monomers Manufacturing Technology team in Fayetteville, NC, reporting to the Monomers Manufacturing Technology Manager. The role involves providing technical support, guidance, and oversight to manufacturing process systems, focusing on safety, operability, and process improvement. The position includes implementing improvement projects and supporting plant operations for fluoromonomer products used in advanced performance materials.

Pay range: $105,280 - $164,500. Level 26. Annual bonus target: 11%. Compensation varies based on experience, responsibilities, and market factors.
