You will bridge IT and OT, collaborating with manufacturing, operations, engineering, and IT teams to drive efficiency and digital transformation on the shop floor. The role requires strong communication, curiosity, and a customer-focused mindset, with travel up to 25% to support sites and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field related to manufacturing or IT.
• Internship/co-op or professional experience in manufacturing/operations environments.
• Foundational knowledge of manufacturing systems and shop floor operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support resource for manufacturing applications within designated facilities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, and IT teams to improve processes via technology.
• Support evaluation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of manufacturing systems.
• Act as the first point of contact for incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
