ManpowerGroup is seeking a Manufacturing Tech for a leading manufacturing organization in Colorado Springs, CO. The role supports FOUP assembly operations with strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of related manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills

• Effective communication and ability to follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Perform injection molding part inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with setup and engineering teams to communicate and resolve part defects
• Acquire basic knowledge in part inspection and identifying quality defects according to documentation
• Apply basic understanding of 5S principles to maintain organized work areas
• Create and maintain a safe working environment adhering to safety protocols
