Job summary

Achilles USA, Inc. in Everett, Washington, is seeking experienced manufacturing workers to join our plastics production team.

You will operate portions of calendaring equipment, monitor materials, and support shipping and maintenance tasks across day and night shifts. We offer a competitive hourly pay of $24–$27, a $3 per hour night differential, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, holidays, a 401(k) match, and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ + experience working with machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a portion of the calendaring machine by adjusting controls and ensuring compound is flowing.
• Monitor and feed into machine plastic compound mix and recycled plastic compound.
• Clean and maintain work area and machinery including, dust rings, floor intensive mixer, roll mills and line dumpster.
• Follow work instructions for proper order setup of machinery and compound.
• Assist and support production line team members in machinery clean outs, changing over orders, and troubleshooting plastic inconsistencies.

Plastics Manufacturing Team Members

We are looking for several hard working,experienced manufacturing workers to join our team. Both day and night shifts are available with built-in career development pathways.

What you will do:

• Operate a portion of the calendaring machine by adjusting controls and ensuring compound is flowing.

Requirements

Working requirements:

• Work in a non-temperature-controlled factory environment
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Climb 3 flights of stairs regularly

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a post offer background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.

Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 7 am – 7 pm

Night Shift: Monday – Friday, 7 pm – 7 am
