Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member I - Pre-Weigh (1st Shift) to operate tools and weigh materials for dental consumables in a regulated setting. You will follow work instructions, document per quality policies, and continuously improve processes on a 1st shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 4:00 a.m.

– 12:30 p.m.). The role requires a high school diploma, at least six months' experience, and strong communication, math, computer, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong English reading and writing skills are essential.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills are required.
• Ability to multitask and adhere to GMP/SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and weigh materials for production.
• Monitor processes and document results per procedures.
• Perform quality checks to prevent rework or scrap.
• Assist with inventory by replenishing supplies as needed.
• Report productivity and quality concerns to supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Read GMP/SOPs/MIs and complete required training.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (EBS, Kaizens, 5S).
