Base pay range: $16.80/hr - $22.70/hr

Job Description

Position Summary: The Manufacturing Team Member I (1st Shift) will operate tools and machinery to produce dental consumables in a regulated environment.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 4:00 am - 12:30 pm. Overtime may be required.

Location

Initially based in Pomona, CA, working from Orange, CA in the interim.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions to produce dental consumables, including setting up equipment, weighing materials, monitoring processes, and documentation.
• Perform quality checks and report issues promptly.
• Report damaged materials, tooling, or machinery.
• Adhere to safety, quality, GMP, SOPs, and MIs.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 6 months relevant experience.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to multitask and follow documentation practices.

Physical Demands

• Stand constantly, use hands frequently, lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
