Job summary

ACEMCO, a leading metal stamping manufacturer in Spring Lake, Michigan, is seeking manufacturing team members for all shifts. This entry-level role offers opportunities for professional development and a path to grow within a modern manufacturing environment.

Base pay is $16 per hour, with a $2 shift premium on 2nd shift and $1.50 on 3rd shift. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, paid vacation, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Lift the workpiece and load into fixtures or feeding devices.
• Assemble components with quality and following standards.
• Perform production safely and adhere to safety policies.
• Identify quality issues and correct as needed.
• Learn and train in other areas of ACEMCO.
