Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Team Leader (Manufacturing) in Columbus, GA to oversee production, adjust equipment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have four to seven years of related experience, a forklift certification, and strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate work activities across shifts and teams. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with core safety responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years’ related experience and/or training.
• Forklift Certification.
• Knowledge of area operations and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Works under minimal supervision.
• Adjusts machines to achieve production goals.
• Collaborates with machine operators in production process.
• Assists in carrying out production growth strategy.
• Troubleshoots complex processing problems with little or no assistance.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Sets production schedule based on plant and customer needs.
• Supports and validates the work of machine operators.
