Job summary

Tremco CPG is seeking a Team Leader (Manufacturing) to oversee production operations and drive efficiency across the plant. The role involves leading machine operators, coordinating production schedules, and guiding continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance.

Candidates should bring 4–7 years of related experience and forklift certification, with strong MS Office and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years' related experience.
• Forklift Certification.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Works under minimal supervision.
• Adjusts machines to achieve production goals.
• Collaborates with machine operators in production process.
• Assists in carrying out production growth strategy.
• Troubleshoots complex processing problems with little or no assistance.
• Actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Determines priorities and creates procedures to meet plant objectives.
• Ensures maintenance is completed per Preventative Maintenance Plan.
• Cross trains on all production areas in the facility.
• Sets production schedule based on plant and customer needs.
• Supports and validates the work of machine operators by providing direction.
