Job Summary

We are seeking passionate, dedicated individuals to join our production team. This role offers competitive starting rates:

• Skilled Labor: $24.43 per hour + Sign-on bonus
• Production: $20.78 per hour

Salary increases occur every 3 months, with a top rate achieved within 12 months. Benefits from Day 1 include a 9% 401(k) contribution, technical incentives, paid holidays, and paid vacation.

Shift Details

• 1st shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• 2nd shift: 3:30 pm - 10:30 pm (work 35 hours, paid for 40 hours, + 5% shift premium)
• 3rd shift: 10:30 pm - 7:00 am (10% shift premium)
