Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our production staff.

• Skilled Labor Starting Rates: $24.43 + Sign-on bonus
• Production Starting Rates: $20.78
• Increase every 3 months with top out in 12
• Benefits from Day 1: 9% 401k Contribution, Technical Incentive, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation
• 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• 2nd shift: 3:30pm - 10:30pm — work 35 hrs, get paid for 40 hrs PLUS 5% shift premium
• 3rd shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am — 10% shift premium

Job Description

Department: 3145 (3105)

Provide hands-on manufacturing leadership within the assigned department, focusing on safety and workstation training with proper Method Sheets/Documentation. Produce scheduled work within Oracle, support supervisors, and guide production teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience, preferably in rotating equipment applications
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Internal candidates must meet job bidding guidelines

Responsibilities

• Ensure workstations meet safety, 1+5S, and TPM standards; actively assess workstations per quality guidelines
• Review and facilitate training on Method Sheets and procedures with HR
• Accurately scan work orders in Oracle and manage rework tickets
• Promote a positive, proactive work ethic, ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Participate as a working team member as needed
• Maintain First5 Boards and conduct meetings in supervisor’s absence
• Support lean initiatives, 1+5S, TPM, and VSM
• Sign off on outbound production before moving to the next level
