Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our production staff.

• Skilled Labor Starting Rates: $24.43 + Sign-on bonus
• Production Starting Rates: $20.78
• Increase every 3 months with top out in 12 months
• Benefits from Day 1: 9% 401k Contribution, Technical Incentive, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation
• Shift hours:
  • 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • 2nd shift: 3:30pm - 10:30pm (work 35 hrs, paid for 40 hrs, plus 5% shift premium)
  • 3rd shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am (10% shift premium)

Job Description

Department: 3145 (3095)

Provide hands-on manufacturing leadership within the department, focusing on safety, workstation training, and proper documentation. Support supervisors and guide production teams to meet scheduled work in Oracle.

Education: High School Diploma / GED

Experience: 5 years in industrial manufacturing, preferably with rotating equipment

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Internal candidates must meet job bidding policy guidelines

The duties include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring workstations meet safety, 1+5S, and TPM standards through active assessment
• Reviewing method sheets and facilitating employee training
• Scanning work orders in Oracle for accurate reporting and inventory management
• Promoting a positive work ethic and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Participating as a production team member when needed
• Maintaining First5 Boards and conducting meetings in supervisor’s absence
• Supporting lean initiatives, 1+5S, TPM, and VSM
• Signing off on outbound production before moving to the next level
