Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our production staff.

• Skilled Labor Starting Rates: $24.43 + Sign on bonus
• Production Starting Rates: $20.78
• Increase every 3 months with top out in 12
• Benefits from Day 1: 9% 401k Contribution, Technical Incentive, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation
• 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• 2nd shift: 3:30pm - 10:30pm (work 35 hr, get paid for 40 hr + 5% shift premium)
• 3rd shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am (10% shift premium)

Job Description

Department: 3145 (3100)

Provide hands-on manufacturing leadership focusing on Safety and Workstation Training, utilizing proper Method Sheets and Documentation. Produce scheduled work within Oracle, support Supervisors, and guide production teams.

Education: High School Diploma / GED Equivalent

Experience: 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience, preferably in rotating equipment applications

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Internal candidates must meet job bidding policy guidelines

The duties include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring workstations meet Safety, 1+5S, and TPM standards
• Reviewing Method Sheets and facilitating employee training
• Scanning work orders in Oracle and ensuring accurate reporting and inventory management
• Promoting a positive work ethic and maintaining safety and quality standards
• Participating as a team member as needed
• Maintaining First5 Boards and conducting meetings in Supervisors' absence
• Supporting lean initiatives, 1+5S, TPM, and VSM
• Signing off on completed outbound production before moving to the next level
