Environmental Conditions

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards. Cleanroom protocols: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, etc., allowed. Some PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.).

2nd Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 2pm - 10:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage processes by simplifying complex workflows, optimizing resource utilization, and efficiently combining tasks.
• Facilitate customer audits, form control, and onboarding processes.
• Develop team members through challenging tasks and constructive feedback.
• Lead by establishing clear direction, distributing workload, and communicating effectively.
• Track and assign responsibilities, set objectives, and provide performance feedback.
• Supervise orientation and ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and regulatory standards.
• Use the PMD process to develop staff with clear, constructive feedback.
• Manage daily workload to meet schedules, optimizing utilization and efficiency.
• Build a disciplined workforce that follows procedures and work instructions.
• Enhance production processes utilizing tools like Particle Process Improvement (PPI).

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
• At least 1 year of team leadership experience in a professional setting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
