Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support production of parts, components, and assemblies. The role involves working with engineers on set-up and calibration, performing rework and quality testing, and using on-line data programs to adjust products or equipment.

You will help develop methods and procedures to control or improve the manufacturing process and collaborate with engineers on experiments, contributing to efficient, scalable production.

• Performs manufacturing operations and works with engineers on set-up and calibration tasks.
• Performs rework and quality testing of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies.
• Collects and evaluates operating data using sophisticated programs to adjust products or equipment.
• Assists in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
• Collaborates with engineers to conduct experiments.
