Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a manufacturing associate to set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot assembly line machinery at fixed workstation positions, with responsibilities for moving, packing and sorting raw materials or finished goods and monitoring output quality.

You will maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis and, in non-routine situations, may lead daily operations. Pay is USD 24.00–26.00 hourly, with performance-based commissions as described.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining assembly line machinery.
• Ability to monitor output quality and rework faulty products.
• Experience documenting daily production records for performance analysis.
• Capable of supervising or leading daily operations when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot assembly line equipment at fixed workstation.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor quality, discard or re-manufacture faulty products.
