Dover Food Retail (DFR) is a leading manufacturer of Display Cases, Specialty Products, Refrigeration Systems, Power Systems and Comprehensive Services. The role involves setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing assembly line machinery at fixed workstation positions, with emphasis on quality output and accurate daily records.

The candidate will work under limited supervision, may lead daily operations and participate in training lower-level staff.

Qualifications

• Working under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations.
• Training, delegating and reviewing the work of lower level employees.
• Problems are typically difficult and non-routine but not complex.

Responsabilités

• Operating machinery/equipment to install a piece/part/component of an in-process product, assembly, or sub-assembly as it moves along the assembly line.
• Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintaining accurate daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
