Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of leadership experience in manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience performing tasks of the department.
• Must not have three or more attendance points within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, assign work, and lead all employees in your department.
• Monitor and adjust workflow to meet the schedule.
• Perform product inspections and evaluate quality before leaving the area.
• Maintain manufacturing paperwork for the area.
• Lead by example through hands-on work.
